He has done work for a wide range of clients, including: USA Today, Showtime, ABC, MTV, NASCAR, Major League Baseball, The Associated Press, NASA, Univision and CNN.  Abba teaches at video and photography conferences around the world, and has numerous online training courses and books under his belt. The scope of his training includes - video editing with Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro, DSLR production and post, scriptwriting, Photoshop, lighting, and working with talent. Abba's knowledge will help you learn how to plan, compose, film and edit these videos you see everyday online. This 2 hour Video Workshop will feature some of our Models attending the cruise. During the first hour, our instructor Abba will discuss best camera settings and best practices when shooting video on a DSLR. (Such as aperture, shutter speed, ISO, white balance, frame rate, music, lenses and lighting.) This introduction will include Q & A and some show and tell of hardware and gadgets that can help you capture smoother, sharper video.

We will video our model in 1 location/set-up. Each photographer will get 2 turns per set-up shooting our models, each round being a Clothed/Lingerie look & the 2nd round Implied Nude. By breaking each set-up into 2 short shooting opportunities, photographers will be able to watch the other photographers techniques and review their own initial footage; thereby allowing them to correct shooting errors and try new techniques.  During shooting, Abba and myself will be available to coach each photographer on video techniques and working with the model. We will also look at some of the available editing tools and what can be done with the video you shoot.

For this workshop you must have a DSLR camera that has the ability to record video or a HD style video recorder. (A tripod or monopod is recommended.)
